Our client company will be completing a large scale system upgrade, and has a long-term assignment supporting their Human Resources department. The candidate's responsibilities will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This opportunity is best suited for candidates looking for long term temporary work. Responsibilities Include:

  • Enter and update system information

  • Manage HR documents and files

  • Work with Purchase Orders

  • Perform various administrative duties for Human Resources department

Requirements:

  • Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment

  • Foundational knowledge in data entry

  • Strong familiarity with filing

  • HR (Human Resources) experience preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
