OfficeTeam is in need of multiple Sales Development Representatives to start as soon as possible. The ideal person will have a BA/BS, an interest in finance and strong writing skills. The candidate must be comfortable making 40-100 outbound phone calls a day and must be able to document all conversations in an internal database.. The responsibilities include but are not limited to engaging in peer to peer conversations with relevant marketing individuals to uncover their sales needs, present value proposition, setting appointments for outside sales representatives, and adding new contacts to the company database. The right person will need to be detail oriented, organized and capable of asking a series of survey questions to the executives they will be calling on about yearly sales and projections.
